I couldn't recommend Connor, Kieron, Matt and Craig highly enough. They worked incredibly hard from start to finish, looked after everything with real care (in the middle of a heatwave) and made moving house far less stressful than I expected. Absolute great blokes! Top service from a top team.

Booked this firm at the last minute after being let down by the original firm with left than 12hrs notice the day before I was due to move. They managed to fit me in and make everyrhing so easy and stress free. 2 vans and 2 guys. They handled everything. So professional, respectful, careful and considerate. We recently used this removal company and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Connor, Kieron, Matt and Craig were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They packed up our entire home with such care and professionalism, even while working through a heat wave. They were friendly, efficient and incredibly hardworking, making what felt like an overwhelming process completely stress-free. They even took the time to chat and entertain our 2-year-old, which made a huge difference and really showed how thoughtful they were. She woke up this morning asking to play with Connor! Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked tirelessly with a smile on their faces. We can't thank them enough for making moving day so much easier. Best men for the job ! We cannot praise the team at Allens furniture removals enough. We were let down at short notice by a birmingham based company, which came as quite a shock. We phoned AFR and thankfully they could help. From our initial phone call with Steve we were immediately put at ease, he did a video call to see what needed moving and answered all our questions. We had 4 guys on the day , one packing the kitchen and fragiles and 3 others that packed and wrapped everything else that needed to be done. Everything was handled with care, and at all times they kept checking to see if there was anything else to do. Once at the property they unloaded everything to the correct place and could not have been more helpful. They were lovely people and a pleasure to have with us on the day. Thank you for all you did. Very impressed with the service provided by the team during house move. Punctual, flexible and well organised. Made a particularly difficult aspect of the house move fairly easy and would definitely recommend them to other looking to move in the Birmingham area!
