4.9 / 5 · 231 totalWe had Ian and his team yesterday to move us and I couldn't not fault anything. We had a visit to estimate space and quote us, the quote was very reasonable. We paid extra in case we didn't get in on time and to take down and assemble 3 beds. Communication before hand was good, timely responses. The crew arrived exactly on time, with plenty of vans and had a system I couldn't fault, moving heavy stuff and resting, we were out of our old house in good time. They even helped move a few things of our sellers out of the way so we could get into our new house and unloaded in good speed. Beds made as requested and very pleasant and friendly crew. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Friendly, professional, hardworking, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They really did go the extra mile to make the whole move as smooth and stress-free as possible. I have now used Bassy's removals on several occasions. They have always been excellent - friendly, efficient and reliable. The most recent removal (9th May 26) was no exception. The service was prompt, the drivers friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Overall excellent service.
Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and polite. Eased the pressure off us by putting everything in its place. Took good care with our belongings. Highly recommended.
I cannot recommend Bassy's highly enough. After a nightmare of problems in the chain on moving day, Ian and the lads were absolutely amazing. Polite, careful, more than helpful all day and still laughing and joking right to the end. Many, many thanks.
