The team at Brighton Piano Warehouse sorted a very tricky move of my old family upright from a first floor flat to another first floor flat. They came over to check the stairs and turns before offering a quote. Gemma is seemingly always around to pick up the phone and was very helpful in bringing the move forward by two weeks when I needed. The day itself went super smoothly, at least from my point of view! While some local removal companies may offer cheaper quotes, in my experience their customer service is less good, and they don't have the expertise to take on difficult moves. I would absolutely trust Brighton Piano Warehouse again for any tricky or valuable move. Thanks!

What brilliant service! I was on the hunt for a black upright piano for my room and so I contacted Brighton Piano Warehouse and found what I was looking for. Gemma was incredibly helpful - she suggested a Young Chang piano that was within the budget I gave her. I went into the store to try the piano and fell in love with it. Whist there, she let me try all other pianos, to see if something else captured me. In the end, it was still Young Chang I was most keen on. The delivery team were fantastic and set it up within 15 mins of arriving. They provide one free tuning service and a great warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a piano!

This is a wonderful family-run business. Gemma was incredibly patient and knowledgeable when helping our son choose his piano, and he is absolutely loving it. SUPERB piano shop who conduct business with ABSOLUTE professionalism and integrity. They have a wide range of pianos to choose from and I wandered around happily trying them all. Peter left me in peace to find my perfect piano, and then was always on hand when I had any questions. We found the most gorgeous piano which I absolutely love! And within my price range :) It's been life changing for me to start playing piano again. My peaceful space within otherwise busy days. Simply wonderful! We have tricky steps and a number of turns leading up to our house so Peter generously offered to come to our house to check the feasibility before delivering the piano. This was amazing of him! Once access was confirmed, I had some lovely lovely chats with Gemma on the phone about various aspects of the piano I had fallen in love with! I asked her to check a few things and she did so and got back to me very quickly. She was very generous with her time. It's such a pleasure dealing with a lovely family business who go out of their way to be accommodating, go above and beyond, and who are honest and reliable. They take real pleasure and pride in all aspects of providing pianos to people. They turned up on time on the day that we had the delivery booked in, and were very careful of our furniture when bringing in my piano. We enjoyed some lime cordial together and they were very helpful in answering my questions. I've booked in my free tune that they include in the purchase price. I highly recommend them for a top notch service and excellent range of pianos in many styles and to suit many budgets. They made the important process of choosing a piano, and the various logistical aspects, easy peasy! I usually find such things really tricky! Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Gemma was really knowledgeable and helpful over the phone and the delivery was seamless. They even managed to fix a small problem with the piano that had happened before the collection - really kind and generous of them to do so. Can't recommend them highly enough.
