Butler Smith Specialist Carriers Ltd

Very professional moving especially needs to move from the first floor to downstairs. Craig and his team has done a great job. However moving cost is very expensive as well.

Butler Smith did a fantastic job of delivering my new grand piano from London to Scotland - and collecting my old one at the same time for its new owner in Dorset! The whole process was extremely easy from start to finish, including getting a quote, payment, and arranging pick up times. The delivery itself was extremely impressive, with the utmost care taken by the guys of the pianos and my home. It's very clear they whole team at Butler Smith take a great deal of pride in what they do and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Very impressed with this service. Had a very productive call with the team describing the difficulties needed to get my piano out of the property, and from here extremely helpful and effective. When it came to the move itself they managed to remove the piano without a hitch, even when requiring it to be completely tipped on it's side to get around an extremely tight corner. Would recommend to anyone.

Butler Smith delivered our new piano from Forsyths this morning and we were very pleased with their expert and effortless swapping of our old piano for the new one. Prompt service delivered with knowledge and good humour 🙏🎹

Recently my precious baby grand needed to moved - a difficult time. We chose Butler Smith to carry out the task and I was most impressed. Two very nice, well presented men arrived at the arranged time and carefully prepared the instrument. The removal from the house was accomplished in a very professional manner, giving confidence that it would be in good hands while in transit and delivered with care. I can highly recommend the services of Butler Smith.

The company I work for has used Butler Smith for years but I’m not directly involved with that aspect of the business. Recently engaged them to move an incredibly special instrument being passed through the family, and the whole process was great. Polite, considerate, efficient and really nice team! Can’t say enough nice things about the experience - booking was easy, invoicing quick, collection and delivery like clockwork, and most importantly great communication throughout. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Butler Smith did a fantastic job of removing our upright and delivering a new grand. Very knowledgeable and experienced they carefully carried the grand up two flights of stairs with corners, that does take skill. Incredibly friendly offering advice along the way. Great communication throughout from the delivery date to the time slot to the advance call from the driver half an hour ahead of delivery. They've actually delivered two pianos to us on separate occasions, top notch on both occasions. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a piano mover.
