A big thank you to Osman and his partner, they were prompt, very helpful, extremely efficient, kind and flexible! They managed to help us take everything (including furniture!) from our 1st floor 2-bed (with no lift!), and distribute/arrange our things between storage, our new place and the skip. All our items (including our precious plants) were handled with care throughout. Every thing about our experience — from the first call to the final payment — was straightforward and smooth.
