Very new, clean and secure facility. Everything is accessed via code, even the storage unit itself which means you won't need to buy a separate lock. I signed up online and received all the information via email but was super easy to reach someone by phone when I had additional questions. There is ample parking outside and I thought the rates were very competitive. Would highly recommend!
Cannot recommend ExtraStore Storage Belfast enough! Through unforseen circumstances I found myself suddenly homeless and needed somewhere quickly for my possessions that was safe, secure and reasonably priced. ExtraStore was all those things! No keys or padlocks to worry about but rather a simple security code system with handy opening hours, an easy to use lift and on site trolley's. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and in fact have already done so 😁
Having the use of the unit 24/7 was perfect and could access at a time when it suited me without any restrictions. The unit was great value for money and access was extremely straightforward. Highly recommend this facility on the Shore Road.
I was very happy with the price and size of the unit. I hadn't realised that I had to give notice to cancel and was charged for another month, however when I told customer service of my mistake, I was given a full refund. Will definitely use again if I need to.
I initially chose Extrastore Storage as it was so convenient to where I was moving to. Everything about ExtraStore was excellent. Easy to book and terminate lease. So convenient to gain access to my storage locker at times which suited me. Amazing and friendly customer service. Would definately use again!
Truly outstanding service from start to finish. The level of communication, professionalism, and customer care from Extrastore was second to none. We viewed four other storage facilities before choosing them, and Extrastore beat every single one on customer service, quality of facilities, and price. The whole experience was seamless and stress-free, with everything clearly explained and handled efficiently. The units are spotless, secure, and extremely well managed. I couldn’t recommend Extrastore highly enough easily the best storage facility we’ve dealt with.
