Greens Removals

Thank you to Debbie, Chris and all the Greens Team for the safe delivery of my personal shipment to Cardiff from Cape Town last week. Everything has arrived in perfect order. Both of you, together with your drivers, were professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Greens Removals to anyone seeking a first class removal service based in East Anglia.

Thankyou so much Greens Removals for making our move so smooth and stress free . The team were very polite, professional and hard working on a very hot day and having to walk up hill and down many times . The service was outstanding. Would strongly recommend.

Greens service was outstanding,. They did all the work needed to successfully complete a small removal from Sweden to the UK. I dealt with the same person from start to finish (thank you Csilla!) Any questions I had were answered quickly, if she needed to find something out she let me know that there would need a delay, etc. It was a complex task that was handled professionally and efficiently, even though it was probably a small job for them. Thoroughly recommend.

Have used Greens Remvoals twice now and highly rate and recommend them. Office team are very helpful and informative. Man who came out to quote was knowledgeable and gave good advice. Team on the day were superb! Packed the house up for us the day before thoughtfully and throughly and worked tireless on move day with a friendly and professional manner throughout.

The contract included dismantling and reassembling the beds, but the removals team arrived unaware of this requirement and had not been provided with the relevant booking information. The removals team themselves were fantastic—professional, helpful, and hardworking. However, most of the issues I experienced were with the administrative side of the business. I was also charged an additional £250 for the moving boxes, which seemed excessive given that I had already paid nearly £3,000 for the removal service. The boxes were scheduled to be collected on Thursday, but I was informed there had been an issue with the courier company and was assured they would be collected on Monday instead. Monday has now passed, and the boxes still have not been collected. I did however get the deposit for the boxes refunded before they were picked up due to the admin error. Overall, the removals team delivered an excellent service, but the administrative and communication issues significantly detracted from the experience.

We recently moved from Surrey to Suffolk and, over the years, had accumulated a huge amount of furniture, including a piano. Both the property we sold and the one we purchased had difficult access via awkward private lanes, so it was far from a straightforward move. The move took place over three days due to the distance, and Greens were absolutely outstanding throughout. The team worked incredibly hard, were polite, professional and extremely careful with all of our belongings. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made what could have been a very stressful experience run incredibly smoothly. Everything arrived without a single item damaged, and we genuinely couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received. I would highly recommend Greens to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking removal company.

Chris and Debbie at Greens Imports have been super responsive since taking over from GAC (relocations and exports, Bahrain) and were always available for guidance and advice during a fairly stressful period due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East. The crew that arrived at our house to deliver the container contents last week were terrific guys, both friendly and good-natured, and also extremely professional, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Quite honestly, our relocation from the ME could not have been improved on. Thank you to Chris and his team.
