From the very beginning, everything was professional, friendly, and stress-free. A special thank you to Ben, the driver, who went above and beyond. He didn't just collect my belongings—he kindly helped me move several very heavy pieces of furniture, even though that wasn't part of his job. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and exceptional customer service made a difficult moving day so much easier. The value was also outstanding. I received 50% off for the first two months and free collection from Crawley to the Brighton storage facility, which made the whole experience even better. I had arranged for a 60 square foot unit whereby I pay 3 months up front for a deal plus free collection. Tim called before and arrived on time. He was incredibly helpful in loading everything into the van. Nothing was damaged and everything was treated with respect. Once at the unit Tim explained how I didn’t need as big of a unit and sorted me out a smaller one saving me £80. He then proceeded to put all the items into the unit stacked up perfectly, again causing no damage. It was a top service. This is the first time I’ve used a storage unit. Henfield storage were by far the cheapest and I would recommend them to anyone.
First of all, a big thank you for Tim aka the Hercules. He was on time and very helpful for assisting my furniture move very efficient. And drove me back to the storage warehouse and again help me to load all my furniture to a secure unit. All done safely and efficiently without any problems. I hope he will be a Manager soon, we all need his can-do attitude to the customers and explain everything in a simple way and does make life easy. Without doubt, I highly recommend using Henfield Storage Brighton, the costs is very reasonable. Five Stars from me. Thank you so so much Tim.
