Man And Van Courier Ltd

Deliveries and moves handled by this Derby operator are repeatedly described as smooth and free of hassle. Reliability comes up again and again, with pickups and drop-offs happening when arranged; one account recalls a driver being found at short notice for a stock movement. Anna is singled out for her informative and professional manner and for keeping communication clear from first contact to completion, while driver David is remembered for politeness and for assisting with loading into a smaller vehicle.

The jobs covered in the feedback range from shop furniture taken to a home and a long-distance relocation to palletised freight and urgent box consignments, using vehicles from a transit van up to articulated lorries. Customers also highlight careful handling, with items arriving in the condition they left in, including a delivery carried up to an upper floor. Coordination is felt to be orderly and uncomplicated, and household and business consignments alike receive the same attention. Good packing and considerate delivery, supported by helpful and efficient teams, recur across the accounts.
