Man with a Van

Sunderland customers describe a man-and-van service centred on reliability, with Chris named repeatedly as the person who answers queries quickly and turns up when promised. Reviewers mention short-notice requests being accommodated, including next-day pick-ups and deliveries arranged at short notice for furniture bought through marketplace listings. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the clear communication before and during jobs, with multiple pick-ups and drop-offs handled calmly and without fuss. More than one customer describes the pricing as fair and affordable, and the arrangement as easier than sourcing and driving a van themselves.

The work covered in feedback ranges from house moves and furniture collection to helping an older family member relocate, all carried out in a friendly and professional manner. Repeat business is common, with customers returning for further collections and saying they would book again. Politeness, an easy-going approach and a willingness to fit jobs in at short notice recur throughout the accounts, alongside practical help with heavy items and several stops in one trip. Praise consistently centres on Chris himself, whose prompt replies and dependable manner have earned steady recommendations.
