As soon as I had arranged things with Marcin I felt more cheerful about the whole thing. Piano was removed on time and calmly taken for its holiday. At the end it was taken to its new home with my niece, who was similarly impressed with Marcin's arrangements. What a pleasure to deal with him: so pleasant and friendly, and everything proceeding exactly as it should. Many thanks!

Disastrous Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I regret to say that my recent experience with MB piano Ltd was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, their service was riddled with incompetence and unprofessionalism. During the move, my worst fears were realized when I discovered that they had severely damaged the floor. Despite clear evidence pointing to their negligence, they shockingly denied any responsibility, leaving me to deal with the aftermath of their careless actions. Adding insult to injury, when I decided to leave an honest Google review to warn others about my ordeal, they went so far as to delete it, making it clear that they have no regard for transparency or customer feedback. To make matters worse, I received threatening messages from the company. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects the kind of company they truly are. I feel compelled to warn anyone considering their services: steer clear of MB piano Ltd unless you're looking for a headache, damaged property, and an utter lack of accountability. As for myself, I've had enough. I will be taking legal action and pursuing compensation through the small claims court. No one should have to endure what I went through, and I hope this review prevents others from falling victim to their deplorable practices. In conclusion, save yourself the heartache and avoid MB-Piano Ltd at all costs. There are plenty of reputable and responsible movers out there who genuinely care about their customers' well-being. This company is certainly not one of them. P.S. the workers asked for the addition charge on arrive otherwise they refused to leave —I have video evidence from my Ring video.
Really great booking experience through Marcin, we were able to find a time that worked and the cost is incredibly good value. The guys came exactly on time and moved my upright piano down from the 3rd floor (only stairs, no lift) in 45 minutes. They were really friendly and very efficient, no damage to the piano at all. Will absolutely be using them again!
This company brought my son's piano to me on Tuesday and then took mine to its new home. I can't praise them enough for their professionalism and the respect they showed to my home. I would recommend them every time you need a piano moved.

I am about to use this company to move my grand piano for the 5th time and my household goods for the 3rd time. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Very professional, nothing is ever a problem and very reasonably priced. Always quick to respond to questions, bookings and have always been on time. I’d have been lost without them given the number of moves Iv had to different locations. I’d give 10 stars if it was available.
