Would recommend. Very successful, smooth move. Lee, Max, Bi Bi, Troy and Charlie were all very calm and professional. They were very patient with us when we wanted to rearrange the heavy furniture. A little bit pricey but well worth it.

The whole Move On team where an absolute pleasure to deal with it. James carried out my initial survey and took time to not only carry out a detailed survery of what needed to be taken to the new property but also gave me lots of really handy packing advice and was really good with my neurodiverse son who was very anxious about moving. James was brilliant at reassuring him and explaining exactly what would happen on the day. Jo in the office was really friendly and efficient and the team who moved us on the day (Lee, Troy, Bibi, Trev) did an amazing job! They worked hard and efficiently but were clean, tidy and took amazing care of my belongings. They brought fun and laughter to what is normally expected to be a stressful day. Considering they turned up to a property where renovations were ongoing and windows were going in as the team came in with furniture, they took the whole thing in their stride! It was the most stress free move I've ever had (in terms of removals anyway!) Would 100% recommend to anyone. They actually weren't the cheapest quote we had but they gave a really good impression right from the get go and they certainly carried that through right to the end. A classic case of you get what you pay for! If you want a stress-free moving day, go with these guys!

Lee, Troy, Rich and Cal, all helped us move to our new home, with professionalism, ease, and with a bit of fun… We were very happy with the service. The Move on Removals team (Cal, Charlie and Troy) were excellent throughout our move. The team were friendly, professional and extremely helpful when setting up our bed for the new home (fully disassembled and re-assembled the other side!). Although there was a delay in receiving the keys, the team were happy to wait and worked beyond half five to get the job done. My partner and I were very impressed by the service and if we ever move again, we will absolutely use them.

We had a great experience with this team. Troy, Max, Bibi and Ger are very professional and helpful! They arrived on time and with all the gear to protect your place while moving furnitures. Not only helped us move our furniture to the new place but also help us get rid of some furniture we don’t want. They are amazing and I recommend it!

Move On did a fantastic job of moving my house in Bristol. Callum and Max were calm, efficient and friendly and I really appreciated them taking bed and furniture apart and reassembling in the new place. Highly recommend this company.

I can't recommend Troy and Max highly enough! They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish when packing up my belongings and moving me into my new home. They took great care in everything they did, making sure to protect my property by covering doors and carpets and they kept everything clean and tidy throughout the entire process. Their professionalism really stood out - they were courteous, organised and clearly very experienced. Despite it being an extremely hot day, they worked tirelessly without a single complaint. What impressed me most was their attitude, they constantly reassured me that they were there to make the move as simple and stress-free as possible and they truly delivered on that promise.
