Moving a baby grand piano isn’t exactly a “stick it in the back of a van and hope for the best” kind of job, but these two made it look ridiculously easy. Professional, knowledgeable, careful, and genuinely lovely blokes who clearly know exactly what they’re doing. Every step was planned, every movement was precise, and they treated the piano as if it were their own. They kept us laughing throughout, which definitely helped calm the nerves! Really happy with the service from Blaine to transport a piano I had bought from a private seller, to my home. Excellent communication throughout, he organised everything with the seller without me needing to be involved, and kept me updated throughout. Would really recommend.

Brilliant service. From booking to house removal to delivery in a Gallery was all smooth. My Grandads baby grand piano is now safely arrived in our family run business and makes a beautiful and personal feature to our gallery and studio. I instructed about the cobbled lane as we are situated an historical area and they wheeled the piano with much care up the lane and through the old door with few steps down with no issues. Blaine and his team did a wonderful job with our piano when we moved house. They were slick and professional and really took care of the instrument. Getting the piano into the new room was very tight, and at first we weren't sure it would fit, but they tried getting it in a couple of ways and we got there. We had a digital piano that we wanted to relocate upstairs, the team fitted this in first thing in the morning before work, it was a small but potentially tricky job and they did a great job of carefully moving it between a difficult staircase and ensuring everything went smoothly. I was a bit worried about this move, but everything was moved carefully - and the move was a success. Would highly recommend this company, instead of attempting this move by myself and family members on the cheap. We had a large, very heavy Hoffmann upright piano that needed moving from the second floor — a job many companies refused unless they brought a team of six people and quoted an enormous price.
