Amazing service - phoned late in the afternoon after our removal plan fell through last minute. Frank responded quickly and was out at 18:30 on the same day, on time and with text updates to let us know what we needed to do. Not the easiest sofa to remove from a sixth floor flat but made it seem like a breeze. Very reasonable rate for such a last minute request as well. 10/10.
I phoned Frank in the morning as I needed some bedroom furniture moved that day. He got back to me straight away and we arranged that he would do the job that evening, He arrived when he said he would and didn’t complain that it was a second floor flat. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or to use his removals again myself.
Frank made moving very easy for us. We were able to get everything moved to our new house in just over an hour. Frank was very nice and helpful too, I would definitely use his services again.
