Safestore Self Storage

So easy to book a unit with them! Always happy to help where they can! Accessible with a lift and trolly available

Hi this side navjeet (anav fleet solutions)removal company .I had a great experience with the Storage Manager. He was very helpful, professional, friendly and always ready to assist whenever needed. The storage facility was clean, secure and well managed. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility.

David and the team have been super lovely in helping me get set up. They explained things preliminary down the phone, but also answered questions over email. Everything moved quickly once I got a quote, which I appreciate. The unit looks nice and secure, and the accessibility is also good.

I have been using Safestore for a few months now, to store possessions from my childhood home since my mother unfortunately passed. Mainly I have been dealing with Jake (although my comments will apply to all the members of staff I have dealt with - Andy and David). He has been a consumate professional throughout. Respected my privacy and space when I first enquried for quotes and allowed me the time to process and come back to him. Polite, friendly, approachable and no question ever appears to be too much trouble for him (of which there has been a few!). Every experience I have had with Safestore North Harbour has been positive and I can wholeheartedly recommended them. Should I ever move and have to use another storage unit, I'll make sure to look out for Safestore.

We are very happy with this storage space - moved over from the Isle of Wight and fits all of my furniture, very happy with the staff who are so accommodating after a misshap with a lock that needed to be removed! Very professional service and cleanly too. Recommended!

Amazing staff. Very well organised. Safe clean units

I have been using the North Harbour units for a few years now and have no complaints. The units are clean and reasonable value. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it.
