The team is one of the friendliest I’ve ever dealt with. They are always helpful, understanding, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile. No matter what I need, they’re always happy to help, and it’s been an absolute pleasure working with them. I currently rent three storage units there for my business, and choosing this facility was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I honestly couldn’t have found a better place. The site is always clean, secure, and very well managed. Even if I temporarily leave items outside my unit, I know they’ll be kept safe and looked after until I return. I stored a suitcase with SafeStore Leith over the summer and it was such a simple and easy process for a really great price. Amy was incredibly friendly and explained everything very well. Overall, I’m very happy with the service.
Amy was excellent today really helpful and made me feel like I’d made the right choice of storage during my move. Really pulled out all the stops to make sure I had everything I needed. Would give her 6 stars if I could!
One minor gripe is that if you complete an online quote you will be bombarded with texts and phone calls giving you the hard sell. But in my experience, that certainly isn't unique to SafeStore - they all do it. Anyway, that aside, the staff I communicated with online (Amy) and at the office at check-in were all very helpful and friendly. The booking process is straightforward, the facilities are good, and the unit is very easy to navigate and you always feel like someone can give you a hand if you're unsure of anything.
