A special thank you to Jared, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. He answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Safe Storage to anyone looking for reliable storage with outstanding customer service.

I booked safestore last minute when I was in a pinch with moving home. I was running late from traffic and called into the store to ask when staff left to see if I could still check in a few minutes late. Jared said he would wait for me and did the check in and shown me where the unit was. I'm really thankful that he helped us out as we would have been quite stuck if not. I ended up needing to move more stuff in and was running out of space in the orignal unit, Jared helped again and got a larger unit around the corner of my orignal one so it would be easier to move the stuff from one to the other. With so many last minute things happening and needs changes. I'm surprised that Jared and safestore were able to accomidate and help me with storing my things on such short notice. Thank you so much.

I wanted to leave a review to recognise the outstanding team at Safestore Coventry who were working on the afternoon of Wednesday 17th June. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff we dealt with was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Moving and unpacking can be a stressful experience, but the team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we were able to get settled and unpacked on time. A special thank you to Rashida Begum and the other members of staff who helped us that afternoon. Both were absolutely fantastic. At one point I became overwhelmed and upset, and instead of simply carrying on with their work, they took the time to reassure me, show genuine kindness, and make sure I was okay. Their compassion and understanding meant more to me than I can put into words. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels so genuine and personal. The team didn’t just help with storage and logistics; they made a difficult day much easier to get through. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly exceptional. Safestore Coventry should be very proud of the team they have. Every member of staff we encountered was a credit to the company, and I am incredibly grateful for the support, kindness, and care they showed throughout the day.
