10/10 service. I came in needing help packaging and shipping a desktop PC and the lady on reception was genuinely brilliant. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and helped me work out the best way to send it safely through DHL. We also had a really nice conversation while sorting everything out. The parcel was shipped quickly for a very reasonable price and is due to arrive the next day. I’d absolutely recommend Safestore to anyone needing help with packaging or shipping something awkwardly sized.
I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The staff are always friendly and genuinely helpful, and the site is easy to access whenever I need it. Everything is kept spotless, and the opening hours are really convenient. Most importantly, it feels very secure, which gives real peace of mind.
Teagan was extremely helpful, she wasn't expecting a visit from me but took the time to show us the locker and explain costs etc. I originally went in for a quote but Teagan was so nice I decided to store my things there. Thanks again you made it very eas for me.
Brilliant from the moment of enquiry. I dealt with both Tania and Tiegan and they were both very helpful, friendly and professional. Such a great storage facility. Teigen especially is such a professional and capability manager. She can never do enough to support the customers and she is soo efficient and kind. Makes the whole process of putting your belongings into storage soo much easier. The girl deserves a pay raise
