Stasher Luggage Storage - Norwich Nelson (Train Station) - Open Late

So convenient. Made it possible to walk around the city with ease.

Great facility near to the station, very pleasant and helpful staff. My bag securely tagged airline style and taken to a locked room. Great service, thank you.

Really easy to use and friendly service from the Premier Inn. super convenient for Norwich station. Just remember to book online in advance (which can be on the day).

Easy to book and leave the luggage, so you can do the things you need to do without carrying around. Great idea! I wouldn't have known where to leave it had I not found Stasher! Thanks

Location was very convenient for the station. Booking code was accepted with no issues, staff were pleasant and helpful and waiting time to both leave and collect luggage was short. Overall absolutely fine.

The luggage storage in that venue was fine. BUT The web site was a problem for me—on my phone it was fiddly, and I didn’t see the confirmation of the booking (and couldn’t get back to the confirmation page) so I ended up paying twice. Not so good on the interface design.

Everything worked as expected, with pre-payment making it easier on both parties. However, the link in the email to Premier Inn in Norwich UK took us 400 yards past it. The link needs to be fixed. Google maps took us 400 yards past Premier Inn up the street before we realized we had passed it. We did not know if maybe the Inn had a separate storefront for luggage storage, but it turns out of course it didn’t.
