Storage King Cambridge - Self Storage Units

My experience at this self storage was perfect. Communication was smooth and fast, and all the staff I met were super helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

The customer service from Jade was first class! It is so rare to be handled by a salesperson of such exceptional character and grace. Having no idea as to what I was doing, l approached Jade and she explained the process in a careful and conscious manner. I left so promptly, with all of the info and access I needed to make moving easier. As someone who feels intimidated my difficult transitions, it was great to be met with a warm smile and plenty of grace. Not only has this experience encouraged me to use storage services again, it has also given me confidence in the Storage King brand. Keep shining Jade!

Just completed a rental agreement - team were super helpful in getting everything sorted super quickly! I also needed 24 hr access over the weekend - again the team sorted this out quickly via phone and a confirmation email.

It was my first time renting a storage unit and the Storage King team has made it an incredibly accommodating and smooth experience. The team is incredibly helpful and kind, I am very happy to have picked this company.
