Store More Self Storage Hull, Willerby

Once Again, Great Staff , Helpful ,Friendly, and would recommend store more self storage to everyone. We have used them 5 times now and everything has gone so smoothly, and great you can access 24 hours a day which super convenient.when your moving house

The staff are incredibly helpful, very patient and were always cheerful. The indoor storage is warm, dry and protected by individual alarms on each unit. 24 hour access is provided with individual access codes. I later upgraded to a larger outside container unit which was clean, dry and waterproof (until another customer hit it with their vehicle causing damage after which, maybe by coincidence, I noted that there was a slight water leak in one corner of the roof). The main reasons for leaving Stor More Self Storage were the ridiculous price increases. The large container was costing me £226 for 4 weeks rental in October 2024. By August 2026 (1 year 10 months later) this had increased to £356 every 4 weeks. An increase in less than two years of 57.5%. This is less like renting a shipping container and more akin to taking out a small mortgage on a 1-bedroom flat. It equates to me having paid over £6,932 in rental fees in less than two years. I had used the container to store household items following a house move whilst my new house was being repaired and decorated. I question whether the household items stored by me were actually valued this much? To summarise: Excellent staff, excellent facilities, clean and readily accessible at all times but the prices charged appear to reflect the sheer greed of someone who is totally disconnected from reality. I would willingly use Stor More again were it not for the obscene prices they now charge.

Excellent place, very professional friendly staff. Always really helpful and understand what you need. Clean place, very safe and secure and 24 hours a day access. I recently got a room for my daughter to store all her Wedding table decorations in prior to her big day, she said it was great fun going there to take everything out of her home to the Willerby branch, close to her Wedding venue, so very close to transport on the day, making it very easy. It actually makes storage fun. Until you use this place you won't see the passion I have. Excellent well ran place, staff are excellent in office. Best Wishes Rob MAN WITH VAN IN HULL

Superb is the word I'd use to describe the facilities and the staff!! The units were spotless and it was made convenient by being able to access it 24/7. Jack was excellent, so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for him. The efficiency of the staff and admin was refreshing. I would not hesitate to recommend Store More Willerby to anyone and would certainly use them again if I needed storage, as the price for what you get is excellent. couldn't fault them
