Very happy with the storage unit. Really satisfied with the price I have received. Easy to access the facility. Great customer service. They made the process really easy and clearly explained the process. Aidan Pouncy took the time to email me and make sure I was satisfied with the facilities and overall service. Absolutely love the storage company, I use them and I love their package, their prices are pocket-friendly, and the environment where it is located is also serene and secure. They offer a 24hrs service and that's the mouth-watering part for me. UK storage is a done deal for me any day any time, try them and thank me later.

Great secure facility and excellent customer service. When I started to move my goods into the unit and suddenly realised I needed more space. After 1 quick phone call to customer support they located me a larger unit with no problem at all. The large lifts and numerous flatbed trollies made it very easy to move my goods in and out of the facility. The 24hr access made things very easy to come and go at a time that suited me.

Any issues I had were resolved so quickly, they offered the best space for your money and the fact I could add on 24 hour access at any time was amazing. Thank you so much for allowing me to use the space until I managed to get a new house. My stuff was looked after and the amount of space in the lifts and on the trolleys is amazing. My family will be looking to use you again if needed

Ist unit had Floor supports obstructing precious space & was rejected, the second unit was a little larger.. More expensive and spotless clean.. There is a compulsive additional insurance charge which bumps the cost up but at least there is a weekly rental discount over a period of weeks..
