In Birmingham, feedback for this man and van operation centres on reliability and speed. Mikey is named repeatedly as the person who arrives when promised, works hard and treats furniture and other valuables with care, whether the task is a house move, a delivery run or a clearance. Punctuality is a recurring theme, with one account describing a van reaching the pick-up point within minutes, while repeat bookings across a single year indicate customers return to the same service. Fair and competitive pricing is mentioned often, with rates described as reasonable against other quotations obtained.

The team is characterised as friendly, respectful and professional, including on short-notice assignments such as transporting bathroom deliveries or carrying loads from the city centre out to Lichfield. One thing mentioned again and again is the readiness to assist with loading and unloading and to take on awkward quantities of belongings without fuss. Vans of various sizes appear in the accounts, including large vehicles suitable for bulky loads, and jobs are completed quickly. House moves, courier-style deliveries and house clearance work all feature in the feedback.
