The initial quote was done via a video call, which was incredibly convenient, and the price was more than fair and reasonable. When it came to arranging dates, they were fantastic. We booked relatively last minute and they were so patient while we waited for our moving date to be confirmed. Simon packed our belongings and was a pleasure to have around. He was friendly, efficient and took great care with everything. On moving day, Jaden, Vic and Dave handled the removals. They were all really lovely, friendly guys who, again, took great care of our belongings. They were also incredibly patient when we arrived at the new house and were still waiting for completion. They completely understood the situation and at no point did we feel under any pressure. Moving house is stressful enough, but Bells and Sons made the whole process feel as smooth and straightforward as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removal company.
Bells helped my mum move on Friday. They really were exceptional. They went above and beyond, to make what could've been a very stressful process, very straightforward. They were cheerful, good-humoured, helpful and polite. We couldn't have asked for any more. Thank you!
My experience with Bell and Sons was excellent at every point. The family run business provided an excellent service which was both professional and personable. My belongings were removed safely and securely, held in storage for 4 months and then delivered to another address within the County. My larger items were reassembled. None of my belongings were neither damaged nor lost. I Would definitely recommend Bell & Sons for a friendly, efficient, reasonably priced professional service.
Very very happy with Bell and Sons. Their team were excellent, arrived on time and no job was too big for them. The guys on the day were extremely good - we moved in the during the end of June heatwave and there were never any complaints. A massive weight lifted off our shoulders on moving day. I cannot praise the whole organisation more highly. everyone was so helpful and got us moved at short notice in between Christmas and New Year when other companies were not working . The removal team took great care of all our belongings. Packing of breakable and fragile objects was amazing . They also managed to move some large plants and tubs .They were also super speedy with extra people coming to assist to unload. Bells are not the cheapest firm but worth every penny particularly if you have a lot of antique furniture and paintings . Our experience with Bell's was excellent and not a single complaint or breakage. I would highly recommend .
