Bounce Luggage Storage - York Station

Travellers needing somewhere to leave luggage before or after a train or coach connection consistently find this York storage point straightforward, with the booking process described as quick and simple, often arranged on a phone while still in transit. The premises sit a short walk from the railway station and the nearby coach stops, a distance several customers note is worth planning for rather than assuming an on-platform facility. Staff at the newsagent where the service operates are described as friendly, helpful and accommodating at both drop-off and collection, and the arrangement itself is a secure locked room rather than individual lockers, which suited those leaving bags for a full day.

Drop-offs and pick-ups are handled without fuss, and one visitor timed the walk at roughly seven minutes. A recurring practical point concerns a service fee added on top of the quoted price, which some customers felt should be clearer at the time of booking, and a small number mention the station approach being difficult to negotiate during roadworks. Otherwise the service is regarded as reliable, convenient and good value for a day in the city.
