However I can honestly say that after Mark and his team came out and assessed our house we felt instantly comfortable with their professional manner. Mark and his team even went above and beyond for us by dropping off some additional items for us at a different location. I would highly recommend Brights if people need to move house and need a smooth and easy transition. Thank you again for Mark and his team for what they have done for me and my wife on our house move.
We booked Mark and the team for our move from Thringstone to Ibstock. Great service from start to finish and at a reasonable price. On packing day and moving day everyone was helpful, respectful and made a stressful day much easy for us. Many thanks to Mark, Tracey, Sean, Mark and Caleb.
!!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Mark came over to quote a few weeks before we moved and he was very pleasant and quoted us accordingly. We had a last minute change of competition date and we weren't going to exchange until the day before. Tracey was really open and understanding, quick to reply, super helpful and kind. On the day, we were so incredibly nervous but we had no need. Mark, Mark, Sean and Ketan came over, packed the house up and unloaded everything the other end. All we had to do was make them some hot drinks 😊 these guys work so so hard. We barely had to do anything. All the guys were chatty, polite, complimentary of our new home and handled all of our items with such care. There has not been a single item damaged. It was the least stressful day during this whole process. You guys work so flipping hard. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💓
Moved from Leicester to Market Harborough. Very happy with the service provided: Mark and his team are highly professional, took great care of all the articles to be moved and of the internal decoration/ floor coverings. All the team members were polite, helpful and friendly throughout the day. The whole day was far less stressful than it could have been. I would certainly recommend them.
A five star service by Mark and the whole team. Brights arranged to put our belongings into storage (including piano and lots of garage tools/garden items). Then transported everything safely from Leicester to Liverpool and made sure they were carefully unloaded despite going beyond regular working hours. All of the team were very careful with precious items, respectful, and friendly. Communication was excellent from our initial query onwards. We would recommend Brights Removals to anyone.
Really appreciate all the help that Mark and his team gave us moving from Leicester to Tur Langton. Excellent packing service which meant that everything was moved safely without us having to worry. On removal day, arrived promptly, very considerate of what we wanted and where we wanted it. Great friendly team who made what could could have been a stressful day run smoothly. We probably won’t move house again for another 25 years, but if we do, we will certainly be contacting Brights removals.
Had a fantastic service from brights they were efficient and responded to my quite challenging. House move. They offered storage facilities when our move fell through and was delayed a few weeks. They were fantastic with my goods, ensuring that everything was in the right place. they took there time there was no pressure they never rushed. They covered Market Harborough. Overall provided us with a fantastic service and the storage was extremely useful and was so simple and stress-free so cannot fault brights in any way, I would highly recommend their service.
