Coach House Pianos

Was shown a yamaha digital piano, Aled was very helpful , and i purchased the piano i was shown, was also allowed to veiw all the other pianos as well, would recomend coach house to everyone,

Aled gave excellent advice over the telephone and suggested that we visit the showroom instead of just buying one over the phone. Thank goodness we did, visiting the showroom was a once in a lifetime experience we will not forget. As we came through the door a young lady was offering us a drink. Aled spent time with us showing us around the showroom, nothing was too much trouble. The pianos are everywhere, there must be 200 of them not to mention the workshops and the friendly staff that were there as we walked around. We proceeded to the electronic piano showroom and started discussing pianos in the range £800 to a £1000. This in fact was the price range we thought would be suitable and was what we had come to purchase having spent weeks researching pianos on the internet and several showrooms. When Aled was asked of the benefit of the yahama smart pianist app, he proceeded to explain the benefits and the fact depending on the piano you purchase the benefits and usability of the app changes. We didn't understand this concept at all, so he demonstrated it on the csp275. Honestly, we were not really excited to purchase the cheaper Yamaha or kawai pianos all be it they sounded ok and was the reason we were going there because their prices are very competitive .The pianos didn't inspire us. Aleds demonstration of the Yamaha app and the yamaha csp 275 combined was simply breathtaking, inspiring and gave us tingling sensations. After the demonstration the csp range was clearly the only one to be considered. We purchased the csp275 in ebony black, the only colour for a piano in our opinion. Make no mistake this is a considered purchase (£3500 roughly) but do not underestimate the value, the motivationial aspects, long term possibilities, and possiblities of keeping my children interested in learning the piano. The piano was delivered yesterday by courteous staff and when my 7 and 8 year old came home they spent two hours playing along with the piano. This morning they were awake at 7am and couldn't wait to get on the piano. To quote my eldest daughter "the piano looks boring, but its so much fun, I love it". I strongly recommend anyone purchasing a reasonably priced piano not to do so without experiencing the Yamaha app with the smart pianos before purchasing an app. They decide. I would rather our experience in this purchase in dealing with Aled as 10/10 and we cannot recommend him enough. Thankyou so much.

Staff are professional, polite, efficient and genuinely people people. Looking for my first acoustic upright, ( though my Salad Days are over), Coach House seem fairly priced ( having googled almost the full range of stores in the South .) My instinct, and by gathered reputational feedback and their in-house workshop, they seem to know their business and take professional care to make sure their pianos of all ranges, are honed to give a long lasting performance for the buyer. Well, I tried loads of those pianos . They have more pianos than on their website ; they have a very large number of pianos! Both Lucas in London and Aled in Swansea were able to accommodate our many questions and were happy to give us space and time to try out the pianos . Aled was a pianist with a great intuition for helping me to find the right piano. I liked this company, they try to help you in any way they can to find the piano that's right for you, they will aim to give a fair deal.

We visited Coach House Pianos yesterday during our holiday. Our grandson, who lives in Cumbria, wanted to check out their wide selection of pianos. He was excited to try out the ones he liked, and we found the perfect one for his Christmas present. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Coach House Pianos! The selection was unparalleled, and the staff's knowledge and passion for pianos made the decision-making process a breeze. The quality of the instrument I purchased is outstanding, and the service I received was top-notch from start to finish. Coach House Pianos truly delivers excellence in every aspect. Highly recommended!

With such a vast selection of pianos and super friendly informative staff, this is the place to go if you’re in the market for a piano. I could not be happier that I found my dream piano in a Bechstein Model L grand piano, which has been beautifully restored by Coach House Pianos. The care and attention to detail put into the piano is truly amazing. I was made to feel like a valued customer right from the first point of contact, and the level of service and after-care that you receive here is second to none! I would like to give a special mention and praise to Aled and Lisa - thank you both so much for your continuous efforts, help and advise that you have provided to me, I really appreciate it 😊 Many thanks also to the delivery team for their hard work and efforts! I’m so happy that I chose to go with Coach House for my piano, and I will recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a piano

Excellent service! My Late Father bought my Mother a Grand Piano from Coach House several years ago and we have always had excellent service. When the time came to buy my Children a piano there was only one place to go! Aled looked after us and showed us all the various options but there was only one make we could buy to be a one make Family! Dan also gave me very sound advice when I went back to pay for the piano! Craig is a great piano tuner! My Wife and I cannot speak highly enough of them and just lovely people to deal with!
