The team arrived on time and handled my piano with care. They worked quickly without any damage or hassle. Pricing was fair and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend!
We received excellent service from Expert Pianos. The collection team was polite, punctual, and highly professional. Customer service was impeccable—especially Karen, who responded quickly and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. An amazing experience from start to finish. Thank you!
A very professional piano moving company. They responded quickly, on time, and were courteous. The price was reasonable. Since I live in an apartment and needed to move up one floor, they had the right tools and completed the job quickly.
I cannot recommend Expert Piano Removals highly enough, from our first conversation to receiving our beautifully fully restored grand Piano the service has been simply wonderful. Thank you for the care and knowledge you provided. 5 stars indeed!
Excellent service from this company. The appointment was made within a week and they called to let us know they were on their way. The two helpful and friendly chaps made it all look very easy and they were very careful to protect our flooring, steps and decorations. They carefully moved to the piano into its new location and impressed all concerned. Absolutely delighted.
Just a huge thankyou for successfully moving a 1908 mahogany grand. Both guys were terrific and showed great expertise at boths ends of the journey. We are all very grateful for your excellent service..
Shaklefords always provide an excellent service, from tuning and repair to moving. Their work is exemplary. The teams used for moving are excellent. Piano John has moved my piano a few times now and with it being a grand piano that is no easy task. There has never been an issue with the piano during the move. The team was very pleasant and helpful. Their work was done diligently and timely. If they say a time then expect them at that time. They also were able to act on the moment and take my piano into store when an issue with a recent move oçurred. I won't use anyone else to move my piano. Definitely worth it, having had my piano damaged in a previous move by a general removers company, and it needing repairs that took over 3 months. Great service at good price.
