Excellent service from start to finish. They collected a sofa for me and delivered it promptly, exactly as agreed. Jason and his team were professional, reliable, and arrived on time making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I recomend working with Jason and his team of driver's for office moves and clearences. We have worked together on three projects in Manchester now (two included moves to London and Bristol). Each time Jason set up great crews for the jobs (who were very hardworking, carefull and on time). the quotes were accurate and no hidden charges. I will call Jason first again for our next project. Jason moved an unusual load - a bulky heavy harmonium - similar to an upright piano. I took photos of the instrument which he asked for, and gave a couple other details about the task - it felt very reassuring, fully insured, and I accepted the quote. It wasn't going to be 'man and van'. It proved to be the case when he and his assistant came round. It was all very professional. A bonus is that he is very personable - it wasn't a problem for them to move item of furniture from one room to another before leaving the house to complete the removal itself. I would recommend JTK Removals for anyone who needs reliable stress free service.
