Leicester Man & Van

Short-notice collection and delivery jobs, house and flat moves, and putting belongings into storage are the kinds of work that come up in the feedback for this Leicester operation. A helper named James is singled out again and again, with customers describing him as friendly, polite and genuinely helpful on moving day.

Reliability is a theme that runs through the accounts: several people note that he turns up when arranged and keeps them informed if traffic causes any hold-up, so nobody is left waiting without word. Several accounts note the value on offer, describing the rates as reasonable for the amount of work done, including jobs booked at short notice. The work itself is reported as careful and efficient, whether items are being shifted between addresses or taken into storage, and the same level of care is noted on repeat bookings, with one customer saying they have used the service on multiple occasions and found the standard consistent each time.

Communication before and during jobs is praised, as is the professional manner of the team on larger moves. Smaller jobs, storage runs and full house removals are all covered in what people write, and the friendliness of the man handling the work is what tends to stay with customers afterwards.
