Move Masters UK

Needed some garden furniture moving from Staffordshire to North Wales. I put a post on a local Facebook group for recommendations and Move Masters was posted by quite a few people. I contacted the company via Messenger and Jake responded very quickly. I then spoke to him via a phone call and explained what I needed moving (at short notice). He had no hesitation in slotting me in on a 2 man collection/delivery (as there would be no one to help him the other end) . I sent him pictures of the items to be collected/access (as building work going on at present) and explained access at the delivery end. Collection was made early with a message to say they were on their way then a message once they had arrived in Wales. The van is used solely for furniture removals and was clean (a separate van is used for tip runs). Jake and Liam were absolutely lovely lads, extremely polite and well presented and nothing was too much trouble. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Move Masters for any removals. 5 ⭐

Can't recommend Jake enough, he made me feel very comfortable from the moment he came out to quote. On move day they were on time, efficient, professional and friendly, even made the effort to calm and interact with my very nervous dog. Also organised for my wardrobe be dismantled and to be rebuilt later. We've only moved our stuff into storage but will definitely be using them to move us on when our new house is ready.

I was moving back to northern ireland from stoke on trent but needed someone to remove some stuff that i had left behind and a friend recommended Jake. I explained i needed it done in a hurry before the completion date so he said he would sort it for me which was a weight of my mind. He messaged me when the job was done and sent me a breakdown of the bill which was very reasonable so i would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone, very deserving of 5 stars

Jake responded so fast to me with a quote to move mattress and was really competitive. He was able to fit me in the following day which he squeezed in. He communicated easily to arrange . He messaged me on the day to confirm arrangements as was on time we arranged. Super lovely genuine guy who was respectful of the item I had picked up. Putting blankets down to secure no marks. Very thoughtful of your item. Was so effortless to get this sorted. You don't need anyone elses quote I promise just use Jake.you will also recommend him to family friends without hesitation .Genuine guy doing a 5 star service..to me to you lol Linda

Super accommodating....even when the load kept changing as we found more things to move! Will definitely use again!! Thank you.

Can’t recommend enough. Very quick and efficient removal service. Deserve a medal for moving my precious 8ft palm tree. Thank you

I can't thank Jake and Liam enough. Nothing was too much trouble, they were reassuring, helpful and professional throughout. Their excellent service made the whole process stress-free. I would highly recommend them and the company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service. Thank both for all of your help and support. It was greatly appreciated.
