What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Manchester Central's Ready Steady Store holds a 4.6 rating across 324 reviews, with long-standing customers, some using the facility for six years or more, praising consistently friendly and helpful staff. Darren is mentioned for making move-in straightforward, and reviewers describe a clean, secure site with simple PIN code access to units.
The site's longest available tenancy discount is noted as a reason several customers chose it over competitors. A recurring criticism, though, is weekend staffing, with at least one reviewer left unable to access their unit when no one was on site to open up.

So helpful and nothing was too much hassle. Helped me during each step of the booking in process. Clear and patient.
Used their Manchester storage facility located in Cheetham Hill. The service has been noticed but excellent. The security level at the facility is top notch. I would highly recommend this facility.
Cheap, but looks and feels cheap, staff couldn't b bothered to explain anything not sure what they are there 4.
Easy process, Darren was a great help showing me the unit and getting things sorted for an easy move in. The move in day however was not so great as no staff member was present on Saturday morning to open up my unit when I arrived.
Good service for a good price. Using the app was confusing at first, but a staff was present to help me through it.
good customer service. very patient. easy to load, unload. car parks and trolley near the entrance which helps a lot.
The service was very good, the gentleman helped me set up my app. He was very polite and helpful. He phoned another of his colleagues to add assistance to my problem which was solved quickly.
