Safestore Self Storage

Devina was really helpful in showing us around and the different sized options available. She out of her way to answer all of our questions. Really good customer service.

A very easy, positive experience. Davina was patient and professional throughout with this storage newbie. Lost a star due to the hugely overpriced insurance cost - go with Surewise I suggest.

Highly recommend using this storage facility, it's safe and clean and easy access to and from your unit. All the members of staff were always very helpful all along my time spent with Safe Store, and thank you to Devina for my exit from my storage unit. And I will definitely be using them again in the future no hesitation.

Davina was very friendly and efficient. I was worried about the process and Davina went through everything and put my mind at ease. Lovely lady.

Sorry had to change my review, no problem with the staff they are great. But the issue is the design of the wearhouse. Basically they have one lift to serve the whole building. If the lift is broken as it has been this week on and off. You have no option other than carrying your heavy boxes up flights of stairs in the fire exit. Safestore have provided 2 porters to help you but if they are busy with someone else you are on your own. Also an email sent out to customers to explain the lift is broken would be nice. Then people who aren't desperate to use the building can leave it until the lift is fixed. That would reduce numbers turning up and give people less waiting time for a porter to help. They are definitely trying to get the lift repaired asap I'm sure, and we all know things break and need to be repaired. The only thing I'm complaining about is the fact they only have one lift.

Amanda has been brilliant. Makes it so easy and pleasant to organise a unit - particularly for people like me who haven’t done this before. Thank you!

Amanda was so friendly and informative! She kindly showed us around and covered all basis, she's an asset to the company - 5⭐
