Excellent experience at Safestore Peterborough. A special thank you to Sue, who was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. We arrived at around 5:50pm, just 10 minutes before closing, but she never made us feel rushed and still took the time to help us get everything sorted and our items stored properly. Really appreciated her kindness and customer service. The storage space was clean, secure and easy to access. If you're storing mostly stackable bags and boxes, even one of the smaller/lowest-space units can hold a surprising amount if you organise everything properly. Great value and a very smooth experience. Would definitely recommend!
Great place. App to open doors out of hours for access. Nice people to deal with they know their stuff. Plus during this heatwave lovely and cool storage. Nice airy and dry which is important. Would recommend
Service and information from the Peterborough Safestore was excellent and super helpful. Provided everything we needed quickly and efficiently. Unit was as expected clean and ready to go.
I spoke with Mehul at Peterborough Safestore Peterborough on the telephone regarding renting a storage unit for house contents until we find a new property, he was very polite and knowledgeable about what we needed. We booked a date for storage then went to see the facility to see if the size was right, everything was perfect. Mehul is a credit to your company and we thanked him so much for his help.
Super helpful and amazing staff! I had a massive parcel to drop off for them with the courier of DPD couldn’t have picked a better place to go. Printed out a label for my parcel and was extremely nice. Amazing customer service skills from Sue, she was very helpful and nice to communicate with :) thank you!!!
