Safestore Self Storage

I had an incredible experience with Loretta on the 18th, I needed a last minute booking for a unit and she was incredible and patient, she found me the perfect size one and went through all options available and explained them so clearly so I wouldn’t be confused. She is extremely kinda and helpful and clearly a very valuable member of your team she was great from the moment I booked to when I moved my stuff in.

Booked very quickly, attentive and clear. Actively made the effort to call and find out information.

Ade was great help and very nice .Moving my stuff was fast efficient highly recommend

Amazing customer service, went back with these guys again as you can’t beat them in terms of price (I think haha). David is an amazing guy who handled me and I had a good chat with him.

Great service from Ale at the self storage. Really helpful, professional, and made everything quick and easy. Appreciate the support!

1 star see seems generous. Disgustingly over priced. For reference I paid an additional £440 in fees I didn’t expect / need. Force you to pay for full months when only needing days. I was sold a certain size container over the phone when describing my goods (perfectly!). On arrival needed a container double the size which is incurred double the price. No mention of a 14 day notice period in person and they will force additional month payment if you miss this period. Shocking business model, I’ll be shocked if they have returning customers. Employee Dave does deserve credit, he stayed professional throughout a frustrating situation.

Great customer assistance. Safe store staff were very knowledgeable and made everything easy and efficient.
