Shurgard Self Storage Peterborough

Helpfulness and friendliness of the on-site team come through as the strongest recurring theme, with Sam, Alice, Iain, Ravi and Talia all named by customers for their patience and willingness to explain how everything works. More than one review describes a smooth, well-organised experience when setting up a unit, from clear instructions on arrival to a straightforward handover of keys and access. The storage itself is consistently described as clean and spacious, and the site at Peterborough is said to be tidy and easy to navigate.

Customers highlight the access app as simple to operate, and several mention the trolleys provided for shifting belongings around the facility, with one noting they were even able to borrow one when needed. Knowledgeable advice and a genuine interest in resolving queries promptly are points that come up often, including a case where a problem was diagnosed and fixed without fuss. New and returning customers alike describe being talked through the process patiently, and the general impression is of professional service delivered with care, whether someone is renting a single unit or two at once.
