Smooth Move Removals-House Removals & Moving Company

Exceptional friendly helpful service from from first enquiry to moving On the move day 2 vans arrived on the dot. The 2 men that did the move for us, Florine and Alan were well beyond good ✨️ in fact, we were quite moved by their willingness to go the extra mile and their unflinching altitude to help as much as possible for a full on 12 hours. Such friendly hardworking people are unusual these days😍 I can only say Smooth Move Removals is a genuine five star company and we can't recommend them enough.🌟

We had a 2 day move due to the distance up north. The team were absolutely fantastic, careful but quick at loading and unloading and made the move less stressful. Highly recommended.

We used smooth move today for our house move, we paid for the 18t truck 3 helpers…….wow, it was worth every penny, they turned up on time, anything they thought that needed packing or wrapping they did it! Some things we hadn’t thought of, they covered all furniture to protect everything, so relaxed and chilled out, I got anxious due to the relaxed pace. But actually they had everything under control, dismantled our bed and then put it back together at our new house. Friendly and chatty but always professional, these guys absolutely put my faith back in house moves. We can’t thank them enough for such a positive experience, even offering advice of when to plug our fridge back in. Brilliant, thank you all so much from booking, to moving and payment. Much appreciated!

Moving is always a stressful experience. The team from Smooth lived up to their name. They were helpful efficient and smiling. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Professional service received right from the outset. All options were presented with costings applied. I chose a medium van, with 2 removal staff. On the day, they turned up bang on time and did not stop working, in the stifling heat for the duration. All items were packaged with care and arrived safely. 100% would recommend these guys.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING SMOOTH MOVE ! Such a perfect name for the company as it really was a smooth move! They came with 2 vans, so they were greatly prepared. Arriving, perfectly on time. Nothing phased any of them. Even in this crazy hot weather, they all just got on with it. The men were kind, friendly, polite and super respectful of all of our belongings. Extremely efficient. I couldn’t believe how quick they moved and worked. Super strong men, who had a perfect system in order. It’s amazing how anything dismantled they will also put up again in the new place . Before the move they provide you with some boxes to help pack up. Wonderful communication before and on the day of the move. They also put protective things down on the floor and will wrap items that need it before going in the vans. If possible they will park in the drive too. Our drives are tight , so I was also thrilled that they even got the massive truck on it! Great drivers! I had a storage unit to empty the next day too and that went so smooth. They will put your things wherever you want them in the new place.Very very happy. So grateful. I will certainly be recommending to everyone moving. Thank you so much to the team. Really could not have done any of that without you. And no stress. Fabulous.

Highly recommend this company. Great communication in the run up to the move. On the day the men were great, very polite and took great care with all our belongings. It was an extremely hot day when we moved and they worked so hard all day. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
