Storage King York - Self Storage Units

Was super super helpful when moving from uni, had a whole house of 5 girls worth! Was able to get 50% off for my month too which saved me hiring a car (probably a lorry) to get my stuff home! thank you ;)

It’s perhaps an odd thing to say, but sorting out my storage unit was genuinely enjoyable. Chris, Dean and the team are brilliant – knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and incredibly accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are great too – super clean, secure and really well organised. Out-of-hours access is nice and easy and all handled through the app, which makes everything really straightforward. The whole process has been pretty seamless from start to finish. Just a genuinely pleasant experience all round. Would absolutely recommend Storage King York.

Rented a storage unit from the York Branch, Chris was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Great experience, very personable and better than other experiences I’ve had with competitors. New app is a great addition to avoid entering all the pins.

I used Storage King for my daughter's Uni items between moves. When all other Storage Units were full Storage King managed to have a space for us, they even came in at a price far lower than their competitors! From booking to leaving the customer service was exceptional. Tina helped with getting my locker reserved and even going the extra mile to ensure I have it on time. The lads at the facility, Rich and Chris you were a great help! Accessing your locker is easy, there is enough space to park and off load and even so it is not extremely busy. If you need quality packing materials they have these too! The location is easy to get to and not miles out of town! Storage King is certainly the best yet accessible and affordable Storage Unit in York.

Rich was the man who served me, i think he said he was the manager of the harrogate branch. He was so funny and helpful and really helped me feel less stressed especially as a female student moving alone. I could not recommend this place enough will definitely be using again.

Tina was extremely friendly and efficient on our recent visit to set up a contract to store my sons things from uni for the summer. She took her time and explained everything thoroughly and put us at ease. Thank you so much Tina!

Very positive experience. Booked last minute and Tina went out of her way to help us and get us in. We then asked for a bigger size at the very last minute and again Tina was brilliant helping us. She's very personable and friendly. Great service. Storage King was cheaper than the nearest competitor and the access is simple and easy. Would recommend.
