What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Short-notice relocations around Northampton, from a few bags taken to storage to full household moves, are handled by a team that customers describe as arriving when promised and keeping in touch from the initial quote through to the final unloading. Praise for the care given to belongings recurs throughout the feedback, with furniture reported as strapped, covered and carried carefully; a piano move is singled out for being completed calmly and without fuss. More than one review highlights the polite and relaxed attitude of the crew, who are said to stay good-humoured through long days, multiple return trips, awkward key handovers and hot weather, treating requests such as reassembling a bed or adding extra items as nothing out of the ordinary.

Communication before and during the work is highlighted, including emailed quotes, updates on arrival times and, on one job, a photograph confirming items placed into storage. The pricing is described as fair and offering good value for the effort involved, and the service covers removals, junk clearance and delivery work. Several accounts note that the team stepped in at short notice after another firm let a customer down, completing the job late into the evening.

I just needed a few bags and boxes removed to my storage hold. The guys emailed the quote and confirmed the day. It was a swift, friendly and professional service at a good price for me. I asked for a photo of the items placed there and they did just as i asked. Reliable and trust worthy, I would recommend TDN Man & Van Removals. I had spotted there van out only a week earlier and thought they would be a good local company to contact for removals.

Very helpful pair of guys, booked with short notice, helped us move, it was a short distance move to the new home but because of key handover and timings and the need to move back and forth more than once, it was a stressful move, however these gentleman were professional and relaxed and got us moved in, all be it late into the evening, all on some of the hottest days this year so far! We would definatley use them again!

I had a very short time to move and a lot of stuff too. The gentlemen that did my move were great. They were on time. Did all the hard work, even putting my bed together. I would recommend TDN to anyone looking to move.

Wow! What a fantastic service. After being let down at the last minute, with less than 2 days to spare, TDN stepped in. Great price, great service. Would highly recommend.
