4.3 / 5 · 33 totalI've used Martin twice in the past few years for two separate flat moves. In terms of price vs service I can't speak highly enough. He arrives on time, works very hard and is extremely efficient. In our last move with Martin, we had everything loaded, transported across town, then unloaded into our new place, all in just over an hour! Made a potentially stressful day very easy. I think you'd struggle to find better value for money. I'd happily hire him again if in need of a similar service in the future.
This was the second time we used Martin. He's punctual (usually early), does the job well and has been doing it for over twenty years so he knows the staff at most storage units and knows the streets and routes. His rates are reasonable and he gets in and does the job without complaint and to a high professional standard. I hope we don't have to move again, but if we do I will be giving Martin a ring
Martin was very professional and polite throughout the entire process. He stepped in at short notice when another moving agency stood us up and the price he quoted was still below that of the other agency, despite the added hassle of short notice. He turned up at the agreed time - or actually just before- and organised the entire move in a very efficient way. I can recommend Van Man Removals to anyone wanting secure, efficient and cost-effective moving services! We will certainly use them again next time.
The guys were great. I asked for two guys to come and help me move a 2-bed flat to a 3-bed house. They arrived early, moved all my furniture and boxes quickly into the van, then in at the other end. They had all the lifting/packing equipment, were careful and were done in less than 2 hours.
Extremely obliging and reliable - transported an American fridge freezer up to our top floor flat with no fuss or bother after the supplier's delivery team had declined. This was done promptly, and at a fair price. Martin was also very understanding when I was trying to arrange a subsequent replacement delivery - lots of to and fro, and he did not lose patience. Top notch! Highly recommended.
Texted on Monday the off chance they would be able to help me move on the Friday of the same week! The guys were lovely and professional and also did the moving job safely and efficiently. Would 100 percent recommend and use them again when we move! Thanks again :)
