Williams & Yates

From the first moment that I spoke to the team at Williams and Yates, everything felt comfortable and professional. Nicky did a great job of keeping up to date with me throughout the long sale process, and I was actually a little sad that she was on holiday when I could finally book in when exchanging, as we'd spent so much time on the phone! I was really glad that Emma the team managed to squeeze me in during a really busy week for them and the guys! On day one, the pack of the move was seamless and then the move day happened...not so seamless, but nothing to do with the movers - but the solicitors! Even with the afternoon heat (hottest day of the year), Michael C, Grant, Jordan, Covel & Luca always kept a positive mood for us all and I'm super grateful for them for shifting the boxes in the heat. All in all a great service and move.

I used Williams & Yates for my move from London to California, and I had a great experience. The packing crew was very professional, efficient, and careful with everything. Maria Rodriguez, the international agent, stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process and kept us updated. All of our belongings arrived in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend them!

Great experience from start to finish with excellent communication all the way through. The video call to enable them to see what needed to be moved made things much easier. We had Michael and Kane move our Mum's house on the day, they were great - so quick and helpful and really considerate. Having the bed and table taken down and put back up in the new house was so helpful as this would have taken us ages. We had never used removals before but we are so glad we did as it made it so much less stressful. Would use W&Y again and recommend to anyone who needs removals. Thank you!

I'm going to keep feeding the lake with this review. Williams and Yates is a Great company. Has all the moving parts of a move, well covered. Fielded so many questions from me. Gave me valuable insight. Set everything up so efficiently. The movers did a beautiful job. The logistics were straightforward. The transatlantic crossing was smooth. And the delivery was ace. Everything arrived, paper (not plastic) packed, and was intact. So grateful to the Williams and Yates crew, and the companies they partner with. They set such a high bar. And are 100 percent worth it.

I had the most seamless moving experience with Williams & Yates. They are are incredibly responsive and helpful. Michael, James and Alex were fantastic with the move and went out of their way to ensure everything went well. Jordan and Louise were great with the packing. Emma was my move coordinator and she is was very on top of things as well. Thanks so much guys for making this move such a stress free experience.

We used Williams & Yates back on 09/05/2025 for two different jobs, one of which was for a colleague of ours. She had just moved apartment and I was asked to book Williams & Yates to help her with the move. Not only did Williams & Yates keep me updated on their arrival time in a timely manner, but they also assembled the bed that had been delivered, without me even having to ask. They simply wanted to help and make things easier for the colleague, so she had one less thing to worry about. I would recommend Williams & Yates to any local organisation. Thank you again, Williams & Yates team! You are awesome.

I have used William & Yates twice so far, and will only be using their services for the foreseeable future. I strongly recommend them to anyone considering any sort of international move, their prices are unmatched, their customer care, efficiency and communication is impeccable. Aaron was managing and directing our move, has been incredibly helpful, and has left a lasting impression on me personally! His attention to detail and relationship building has made our moves incredibly smooth, pleasant and worry-free. Aaron helps with every single aspect of the move and goes out of his way to help. I have rarely encountered companies with such amazing service, and I will continue to recommend William & Yates and Aaron to anyone who is moving. I have never sung such high praises of anyone before. If you're moving and considering a company, definitely pick W&Y to stay stress-free, they handle everything so that you don't have to (incl. paperwork & packing items!). P.S. Aaron should beyond doubt be chief of operations ASAP.
