Excellent customer service, Nancy was very helpful and went out of her way to even help me pack some things

I was looking for a unit to rent and came across Adam’s Selfstore. As I walked in to building I was greeted by a lovely lady called Michelle. Michelle made the entire rental process for my unit incredibly smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail really stood out. She was always quick to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. What could have been a complicated experience turned into something simple and straightforward thanks to her expertise and friendly approach. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about providing great service and making things easy for her clients. Not to forget about the lovely Nancy. Nancy is an absolute joy to be around. She’s always happy, smiling, and brings such a positive energy wherever she goes. Her cheerful attitude is truly contagious and makes every interaction brighter. I highly recommend! I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on! Thank you for your brilliant service!
