Safestore Self Storage

Both over the phone and in store, everyone was very friendly. Laura was lovely and helped set everything up nice and easy. Would recommend 100%. Great service all round. Christina was a great help when I came in and helped me sort the issue very quickly, she’s very helpful and a very friendly.

I was looking to change my storage unit and was shown 3 alternative units by Christina. She was very helpful, friendly and professional and the transfer of units was swift and efficient for which I am most grateful. I have previously dealt with Liam, who was also helpful, friendly and polite. Both of these people are assests to your company. My experience was actually enjoyable. The first person I dealt with (I do not remember his name, it was several years ago) gave the impression he was a used car salesman and was trying to upsell as much as he could.

I regularly use this safestore in Bolton to collect my parts from work. Christina an the rest of the staff are excellent at this branch. Helpful every visit and always happy. Always go out of there way to help you. Brilliant staff.

The staff at safestore have been incredible. I needed a storage unit quickly, under sad circumstances. The staff were so helpful and couldnt have been nicer, both on the phone and in person. Liam in particular was amazing, very welcoming and knowledgeable and made my day so much easier. I will recommend to everyone.

Great and fast service. First time using anything like this and Christina broke all the different plans down and was very friendly which helped during a difficult period. I had booked online for the wrong date and I had called them to see what’s available and Christina had sorted it all out by the time I had arrived which took roughly 20 mins. Thank you!

My first time using this service. Christina attended to me so professionally with a touch of dignity and humour. She did so excellently well

Very attentive and helpful. It was my first time and they were very helpful in making me understand the process. Very quick and time saving. Happy to come back when needed.
