They were spot on with the timing. Brought our sofa in and put together in a matter of minutes. Also took away all the packaging. Very friendly, prompt and professional. I was so impressed I took a card for their removal service just in case of a house move.
Amazing service! Bolt made moving house with a baby and three cats a breeze. The boys couldn't have been more helpful, literally helping us with every aspect of the move and even got us to double check that we were happy with where things were etc. We're so happy with the service and they've helped us make the house a home instantly. Would 100% recommend!
The guys, Luke and Karol, were very hard working, polite and respectful in my home. Access to my home was no obstacle and they overcame it with total professionalism. They installed my new sofa perfectly and they are a great team. Top marks.
This company was amazing can't rave enough! The process was smooth. Home visit was scheduled quickly to ensure everything went perfect on the actual moving day. The movers on the saturday did a phenomenal job! Took my furniture to 2 different addresses including a 13th floor flat. Dissembled and assembled my furtuniture. No choas, or stress didn't need to lift a thing myslef. Really lovely men, handled everything with care. Best moving experience. Highly reccommended :)
Used Bolt Removals for my house move to a town house, they were exceptional and I don't say that lightly! Firstly Julian came to do an in person survey because I was worried about my large sofas.... then came the removals team, nothing was too much trouble for these guys! What a great team of wonderful people! They are nothing short of amazing. It's not often these days that you get incredible customer service, but these guys really are the gold standard! As it happened, we couldn't get the sofas in to the new house via the stairs but they then removed the Juliet balcony and hoisted the sofas to the upstairs lounge through the balcony patio doors in the townhouse. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bolt Removals, genuinely are fantastic. A massive thank you to everyone involved!

Very impressed with Bolt removals. I contacted them to arrange a quote. A WhatsApp video call was arranged and i was able to walk room by room to show what items of furniture needed moving. A quote was generated and sent to me the same day. I selected my preferred date for moving and paid the deposit. The removal guys were extremely well organised, friendly and above all, took great care loading and unloading all my furniture off the van and into my new home. Not a single item was damaged. I took them up on the service of supplying boxes, tape and paper to pack my own items. As part of that service they collected all the used boxes a few days after once I had unpacked everything. 5* service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Bolt removals. A highly professional company at a reasonable cost for their services. Thank you so much to all involved.
