They were realistic about what we actually needed, which made us feel like they genuinely wanted to help rather than sell us extra services. On moving day, the team were fantastic – friendly, professional and incredibly efficient. They worked so hard and took a huge amount of the stress out of the day. They made the whole experience so much easier, and we'd recommend them without hesitation.

We had a last minute completion on the sale of a house and booked Vale removals with less than 24 hours notice. We had three vans and four men to move us. They worked solidly for seven hours, went over and above, even when parts of the move were tricky, they didn't stop smiling and even moved a very large and heavy wardrobe twice for me in good humour. They were determined, trustworthy and very hard working. We couldn't have done it without them, and very grateful. We'd definitely recommend the Vale team again. Thank you, lads.

Excellent service, particularly as it was a last minute house move. They managed to fit us in on a really busy day for them and brought two people in on their day off to accommodate us. Would highly recommend.
