Cinch Self Storage Newcastle

Clean and affordable. The guys who work here are lovely and very helpful. They have unloading bays, massive lifts and big trolleys.

Used a couple of storage units over the last couple of years, but Cinch have by far been the best experience. Adam and Dan are a credit to the business — great lads with excellent customer service, always willing to help when needed. Can’t thank the lads enough.

I have had a larger storage unit at this for the last 8 weeks The site is very new and the facilities are first rate. The premises are very clean and very well managed. I've used other storage companes locally in the past but none have come close in terms of what was offered at the price I paid. The best thing about this particular site are the staff. Dan and Adam are extremely professional, incredibly welcoming and helpful and react very quickly to any questions I've raised with them. Nothing has been a bother to them. Due to my building work taking longer than anticipated, I needed to move to a smaller unit. They sorted out everything very quickly for me showng me different units at a great price, and I decanted my belongings across to the new unit on the same day. Highly recommended

Highly Recommended Excellent storage facility with standout customer service. Adam at reception is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process seamless. Coffee and biscuits on arrival was a thoughtful touch. The premises are clean and well-managed. A professional and stress-free choice for anyone needing extra space. Highlight: Exceptional service from Adam!

Best value and customer service in the area. Dan and Adam couldn't have been more helpful.

Great location and facility. Really friendly staff and stress free process. Thanks Dan and Adam
