This place is excellent for short/medium term storage and pricing is reasonable. The only reason for only 4 stars is when dropping items off they could not be more helpful & accommodating but when picking items back up there where 3 members of staff behind there desk doing nothing apart from pointing and grunting instructions very lazy I’m afraid and they seem to need training in customer service
Tash was super helpful over the phone, helping me find the right storage size for a good price! She was also very lovely when helping me check my things into the locker and guiding me through the whole process. Would definitely recommend, especially for students who need a place to keep their things over summer!
The staff, were very helpful, accommodating and made my request easy. This was for daughter who is a student as Newcastle Uni, so a lot of stuff to store.-Also, I thought the space came with a good price.

Storage units become very popular during the student moving season, and if you wait too long, the size you want may no longer be available, leaving only larger and more expensive units. Planning ahead can save both money and hassle. Overall, a great storage solution that I would recommend.
Very positive experience with Safestore central Newcastle. From the first enquiry, response was always very quick and helpful. Process was efficient and staff very friendly and professional. Stored my daughters things during the university summer holidays and very happy with the service provided.
