Stuart, Craig and Sunny have just finished moving us from our old house, to our new house. It has been the hottest day of the year and their efforts have been incredible. I'm not sure how they have managed to do it, and do it quickly and carefully too. Their attitude was first class, very friendly, helpful and hard working in such tough conditions. I can't recommend them highly enough! All three are a credit to the company.

I had a fantastic experience with DSD Removals. Craig, Jim and Sunny did a great job - nothing was a problem for them - they got a 1960s pinball table out of a basement with awkward access and they made it look easy. Everything arrived at the destination safe and sound. Friendly, professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The move was a completely stress free experience. Stuart and Craig took on the huge challenge of getting our sofa upstairs through an incredibly awkward staircase and hallway. Honestly, I didn’t think it was going to be possible. They even came prepared with a backup plan to lift it through our Juliet balcony if needed. We had already tried ourselves, and several others had a go too, but the sofa kept getting stuck on the stairs and no one could make it work. Then Stuart and Craig stepped in and somehow managed to get the job done. On top of that, they were genuinely lovely to deal with chatting with us throughout and being super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Absolutely impressive effort, determination, and great customer service. Highly recommended!

We had a big move planned to a challenging hilly, private road location. Stuart and his team handled everything for us. We asked for their packing service and are so pleased we did - we had a lot of stuff which was simply too much for us with two small kids and busy lives. Nothing was broken. All packed super well. Nothing was too much to ask for of DSD. They were incredibly polite, professional and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
