This company, especially Adrian must be one of the best companies that I have dealt with in a very long time. My family had had a really bad experience with someone else when trying to get the treasured family piano moved from Yorkshire to London. YPL answered my 1st email within 20 and from there I never looked back. Throughly professional but with feeling. All emails and phone calls answered very quickly and politely. The cost I felt was very reasonable especially as they collected it at very short notice. Which when they say what time they will collect they were bang on time. What more can I say BRILLIANT thanks to all at YPL.

Great service. Had a quick response to my initial quote request and was able to arrange collection time that suited me swiftly. Was given a three hour window for collection, and the a text on the day to advise they were 30 minutes away. Fantastic experience all round.
