The team who did both the initial storage and return were absolutely fantastic. Arju came to support the team on the return of my furniture and all 3 worked so well together to ensure everything was safe with no damage noted at all. Everything had been wrapped in bubble wrap, plastic or blankets to ensure everything was safe and secure. I will be recommending the easy storage team to anyone who needs to use storage services for either a short or extended period of time. A five star service, thank you so much, it was very much appreciated.
I have been dealing with Arju from the very beginning of researching storage places and he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wanted to go to the storage unit and have a look, and he was accommodating of this - I just wanted to see where our stuff was going. I have to say, no question or query was too much for him. We are leaving the UK for some long term travels, so getting everything set up has been like a puzzle and this part could have been stressful. But I have to say the fact the removal van comes with the pods to store your stuff in it is super efficient. Reasonable storage cost and removal too. The removal guys (Kieran & Alex) were so lovely! 10/10 for their service and attitude. I honestly can’t believe how quickly they cleared our flat out, and we watched them pack the pod very carefully. Covering items with blankets, and also wrapping our king size mattress. They were just so nice! I couldn’t believe the strength they had and we also are top floor. It was actually fascinating watching them pack it away - it was like Tetris lol! Those pods are deceiving with how much can be stored. Easystorage allows you to sign up to their online portal where you see monthly invoices and also where you can request pod access etc. Genuinely thank you so much all of you for making what could be a stressful moment, really easy!
We had a fantastic experience with easyStorage while moving out of our student accommodation! Arju and Cairon were absolutely brilliant being super quick, efficient, and professional throughout the whole process. They helped us move from two different buildings with no fuss at all, and made what could have been a stressful day really smooth and easy. On top of that, they were both really friendly and easy to chat with, which made the whole experience even better. Couldn't recommend them more. Will definitely be using easyStorage again in the future!
Used their pod service and it was very easy and efficient. Arrived on time and even phoned shortly before to say they were on their way. Our two storage guys - Keiran and Frank were great, they introduced themselves before starting and were polite and courteous throughout. Also very helpful, ensuring we had photos of the pod/storage details before they left. Also praise to the cutomer service team who were at the end of the phone if needed and contacted us after to make sure we were satisfied with the service.
